One Step Plus issues official certificates to learners who successfully complete courses, assessments, and capstone projects. This policy ensures certificates are authentic, verifiable, and meaningful to employers and institutions.
1. Eligibility for Certification
- Completion of all required modules and lessons in the course.
- Successful completion of quizzes, assignments, and any capstone projects.
- Compliance with One Step Plus Learner Policies and academic integrity standards.
2. Issuance of Certificates
- Certificates are issued digitally upon verification of course completion.
- Certificates include learner name, course title, completion date, and a unique verification code.
- Digital certificates are accessible through the learner dashboard for download or sharing.
3. Verification & Authenticity
- Employers or institutions can verify certificates using the unique verification code on the One Step Plus platform.
- Any attempt to alter or forge certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Certificates remain valid indefinitely unless revoked due to policy violations or fraud.
4. Revocation
- Certificates may be revoked if academic dishonesty or policy violations are discovered after issuance.
- Revocation notifications will be sent to learners and relevant institutions.
By using One Step Plus, learners acknowledge and agree to this Certification Policy and commit to upholding the platform’s standards of learning and integrity.
